The new Sloting Plus pinion pusher/puller is designed for precision, ease of use and toughness. A compact tool which includes both pinion removal and mounting of pinion gears in one single piece of equipment.

Note that the Sloting Plus pusher/puller is destined to be used on a flat surface, and not to be manipulated held in the air. With its innovative rotating square drum system, the pinion is precisely held for easy mounting on the motor axe. Each face of the square drum is carved with a cylindrical holding cavity sized specifically for 6 to 14 teeth pinions (most commonly used in slot racing). By holding the tool on a flat surface, the drum is locked in place and automatically position the pinion gear centred and facing the motor axle for easy and accurate pushing in.

The gear pushing screw has a small cavity made for correct centring of double axle exit motors.
The gear extractor screw has an Allen locking system, which allow for replacement of the end pin (in case of use with pinion gear with smaller diameter centre hole).
